He is survived by: his daughter Lynn; his son-in-law Brett Scott of Myrtle Beach, SC; his granddaughters, Brittany Scott of Nicholasville, KY and Michelle Scott of Columbus, OH; his siblings, Barbara Witzberger and Wayne; his sister-in-law Sheri Keeling; and his goddaughters, Alison Byers and Heather Lucas. He is also survived by nephews, nieces and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Southern Care Hospice.
