He was predeceased by: his significant other Verna Jane (Courter); and his children, Robert "Bob" J. Horvath and Barbara J. Bertram. He is survived by: his son William "Bill" J. Horvath; his daughter-in-law Susan L. Horvath; and his grandchildren, Lori Horvath, Billie Jayne Horvath, Kelly Howard (Dan), Kimberly McGee (Scott), Kristine Horvath (Maurice Lee), Robert Horvath (Jill), James Bertram, Ray Bertram and John Bertram (Richelle). He is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great grandchildren.
