He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Michael Pelfrey (Tish), Patrick, Carla Pelfrey, Timothy Pelfrey and Denise Milkovich (Gary); and his sisters, Dorene Ball and Janice Kibler. He is also survived by numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews, loving friends, and neighbors.
