She was predeceased by: her parents, Hoang Van Hap and Nguyen Thi Phuoc Can; her parents-in-law, Dang Van Cuu and Dao Thi Di; her husband Dang Van Doan; her siblings, Hoang Van Huyen, Hoang Van Nghe and Hoang Thi Phuoc An; her daughter Dang Hoang Phuoc Hien; and her grandson Dang Hung Viet.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Thuy Dang-Duong (Thang Duong); her granddaughter-in-law Le Do La (Dan Kokotkiewicz); her son-in-law Mai Quynh Nam; her grandchildren, Quan Mai (MaiLinh Hoang), Hoa Dang (Lai Vu) and Hanh Dang; and her great grandchildren, Jason Dang-Duong, Victoria Dang-Duong, Noah Dang-Duong, Moses Dang-Duong, Madison Mai Tue-Minh, Vu Ngoc Diep Van and Vu Ngoc Hoa Van.
