He was predeceased by: his parents, William G. Palmer and Ann Palmer; his grandmother Mary Tinsley; his siblings, Roland Palmer, Dorothy Askew and Rosetta Wilson; his nephew Justin Palmer; and his aunts, Ann Ligon, Ruth Johnson and Deloris Springfield.
He is survived by: his siblings, Kimberly of San Ramon, CA, Deloris Gray (Aaron) of Hayward, CA, Katrina Dingle (Yancy) of Florida, James JC Palmer (Lisa) of North Canton, OH, Andrew Palmer (Tina) of Akron, OH and Emerson Harper of Cleveland, OH; and his aunt Helen Combs (Samuel) of Madisonville, KY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
