He was predeceased by: his parents, George H. Lewis and Jean B. Lewis; and his wife Sheila K. Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Dean B. Lewis (Martine), David W. Lewis (Kelly) and Merry Lewis; his stepchildren, Stephen C. Eaton, Laura J. Eaton, James P. Eaton and Kathryn M. Eaton; his grandchildren, Krystal (Michael), Eva, Megan, James, Molly, Maddi and Aiden; and his brother Andrew B. Lewis (Sally). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Mike's memory to The Boy Scouts of America, Great Trail Council.
