He is survived by: his siblings, Gail Starcher (Carrol), Leonard Starcher (Vickey), Donald Starcher, Carolyn Beck, Ree Riehbein (Jeff), Kathy Fuiten (Kenley) and Delsie Pierson (Robert); his sons, Gary Starcher and Billy Starcher; his grandchildren, Austin, Anthony, Maddy, Chris, Chelsie, Careena, Makaylyne and Kylee; his aunt Ota Cordia; and his uncle Dewey West. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
