She is survived by: her children, Yolanda Carter of Akron, OH, Raymond W. Hinton of Akron, OH and Teika Chavis; her grandchildren, Noah Baker of Raleigh, NC, LaiYonah Woods and Laiden Woods of Akron, OH; her brother Jerry Colley; her sister-in-law Elsie Colley of Akron, OH; and her sisters, Mizzdell Glover and Dorothy Chavis of Raleigh, NC. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the New Hope Baptist Church (1706 S Hawkins Ave, Akron, OH 44320). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
