He was predeceased by: his former wife Hazel; and his parents, Joseph Hall and Ina Hall. He is survived by: his wife Emma Jean Hall; his children, Freddie Hinkle (Gerald), Barbara Mayer (Chris) and Troy Hall; his stepchildren, Richard Capstick (April), Ronald Capstick (Tonya), Robert Capstick (Becky) and Debra Brubaker; and his grandchildren, Shawn, Joseph Hinkle, Reed, Ian Mayer, Eric and Zachary Hall. He is also survived by 7 step grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren.
