She is survived by: her mother Pamela Cook; her husband Damon; her children, Elise Ysrael (Benyah), Deirre, Ryan Cook, Devon and Tyler Parmer; her siblings, Dannielle Bell (Nylan), Chanel McCray (Denille), Margarite Burkett (Aaron) and Dallas Cook (Heather); her granddaughters, Navii, Nina and Nasiyah; and her nieces, Germany and Arden Bell. She is also survived by nieces, nephews extended family and friends.

Fawn gained her heavenly wings January 13, 2022 after a battle with Covid Pneumonia.
