She was predeceased by: her parent Alva Neff; her husband Jonethan "Nick" Douglas; and her son Jeff Douglas. She is survived by: her children, Daniel Douglas (Christine) of Seville, OH and Cathy "CJ" Jenkins of Cuyahoga Falls, OH; her grandchildren, Jeremy Jenkins (Heather), Chance Douglas (Marissa) and Sunny Douglas; and her great grandchildren, Elias Jenkins, Chance Douglas, Jr. and Oliver Douglas.
