He is survived by: his siblings, John, Martha and Bill; his siblings-in-law, Gerald Collins (Jerry) and Jean Starks; his nephew Tim Bradley; his siblings, Bobby Starks (Carole) and Lois Collins; his siblings-in-law, Harvey Starks and Sallie Starks; his nieces and nephews, Tracee Fayne (Fred), Jill Starks, Debbie Collins, Kathi Cohen (Craig), Christi Boyd (Spencer), Kent Starks (Dashawn), Kira Bradley, Lauren Gilford (Ron), James "Corey" Starks (Tracey), LeJon "Chuck" Starks (Ritta), Karlton Starks (Aliceia) and Mattie Aekins (Talib); and also Robert "Cool Breeze" Graham. He is also survived by great-great nephews, nieces, cousins and close family friends.
