He is survived by: his daughters, Heather Repp (Keith), Misty McIntyre, Angelia Price and Stephanie Webber; and his siblings, Kim Bender (Judy), Melodey Tanner (Gary), Tammy Boville (Larry), Teena Rice (Mitch), Larry Bender (Kim) and April Halter (Don). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
