She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe and Eileen. She is survived by: her siblings, Meghan, Joseph (Nicole) and Kiernen; her nieces, Jordyn, Regan, Delaney and Isabella; and her nephew Coben.
From this love Erin made amazing meals for her family and created a catering business that hosted small venues to personal meal delivery for cancer and Alzheimer's patients.
