She is survived by: her children, Debi Dixon (Mark), Mark Smith, Joni Smith and Tim Smith; her stepdaughter Nada Wilson; her grandchildren, Bobby Anglin (Beth), Brittany Taylor (Ian), Zach Smith, Matt Smith, Kyle Smith, Noah Smith and Jacob Smith; her great grandchildren, Jaxton Anglin, Izabella Anglin, Raegan Taylor and Zeke Taylor; and her siblings, Bo O'Heffernan (Carol), John Heffernan and Chuck Heffernan (Kathy). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
