He was predeceased by: his siblings, Vincent, James, John Burke, Shirley Blankenship and Emily Burke; his granddaughter Morgan Hall; his nephews, Joey and Junior Blankenship; his great-nephew Lucious Fletcher; and his son-in-law Aaron Propst.
He is survived by: his children, William Rogers (Candice), Jennifer Hall (Richard Jr.) and Pamela Propst; his sisters, Margaret Burke, Mary Fletcher (Don) and Pat Murphy (Kevin); his grandchildren, Katelyn, Gracie, Nicholas, Austin Rogers, Aaron, Mackenzie Propst and Richard Hall III; and his nephew Joshua Fletcher. He is also survived by his family, friends, children and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Akron Eastwood Church of the Brethren.
