She was predeceased by: her father Jerry Bline; and her son-in-law Michael Helsel. She is survived by: her mother Rita Bline; her husband Alan Kurek; her daughter Jennifer Helsel; her grandchildren, Madison, Kelsie, Braidyn and Kaine; and her siblings, Debbie Pickens (Bob), Nancy Bline, Irish, G. David Bline, Deanna Hatfield (Mike), Kathleen Bline (Betty Neptune) and Amy Peters (Rich). She is also survived by 18 nieces and nephews.
