He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Carson and Rita Carson; his siblings, Kenneth, Betty and Leo; his nieces, Michelle and Tabitha; and his nephew Robert.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia (Spellman); his children, Dennis (Rhonda), Mike (Sonja), Tim, Steve, Eileen Hostetler (Jason) and Carol Sawmiller (Jed); his grandchildren, Nathan (Kelly), Jeremy (Mary Ann), Mitchell, Lucas, Derek (Tricia), Scott (Gi Yoon), Jennifer, Nick and Ben Sawmiller; his great grandchildren, Pierce, Oliver, Miles and Katie Grace; and his siblings-in-law, Thom Spellman (Jean) and Sandy. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Nativity of The Lord Jesus Catholic Church.
