He is survived by: his wife Mary Eleanor Steele; his children, David Bowlus (Michelle), John Bowlus (Bonny) and Mary Elder (Bill); his grandchildren, Scott Bowlus (Deb Chute), Scott Holtje (Julie), Dawn Jones (Mike), Jessica Anderson (Brian), Liz Hayford (Joe), Laura Sanders (Jamie) and Tim Elder (Heather); and his great grandchildren, Bailey, Lucy, Haley, Haden, Spencer, Ella Grace, Tatum, Brady, Kay, Rene, Josie, Elli, Levi, Ana, Aly and Ian.
Memorial contributions in Ed's name may be made to the Cornerstone Community Church Building Fund or Hospice of Knox County.
