He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Sokoley and John Sokoley; his sisters, Betty Dean (Ralph Dean), Dorothy Boltz (John Boltz) and Mary Rinaldo (Thomas Rinaldo); and his son-in-law Dominic Michael Petrella.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Sokoley; his daughters, Terri Chriswell and Karen McDaniel (William "Bud" McDaniel); his grandchildren, Angela McCabe (Scott McCabe), Michaelanne Petrella (James Guthman), Kristen Cireddu (James Cireddu), Alena McDaniel, Hannah McDaniel and Jared McDaniel; and his great grandchildren, Jasmine, Grant and Luca.
