It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eddie Lott Jr. (Akron, Ohio), who passed away on September 5, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Lott, Sr. and Luvenia Lott, Sr.; his brother James Lott; and his grandson Davell Brock. He is survived by: his children, Eric of North Carolina, Derlisa Brock of Akron, Ohio, Mel Brock of Akron, Ohio, Jamela Lott of Akron, Ohio and Nicole Bowie-Jones of Akron, Ohio; his former wife Nellie Nobles-Lott; his close friends, Marlon Stevenson and Floyd; and his sister-in-law Regina Lott. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren.
