He was predeceased by: his daughters, Stacy Coontz and Samantha Kitchen; his mother Willadean Boyles; and his brothers, Darrell and Dennis Coontz.
He is survived by: his wife Tammie Coontz (Perry); his children, Amber Harrison (Kevin), Heidi Alldredge, Taren Alldredge (Jimmy Mitchell) and Michael Alldredge (Michelle); his son-in-law Joel Wheele; his grandchildren, Cassidy Harrison, Gaige Harrison, Garrett Harrison, Jaden Wheele, Jake Wheele, Alexis White, Delani White, JT White, Emma Alldredge, Jordyn Alldredge, Ryleigh Yoak, Owen Mitchell, Stacy Kitchen and Savannah Kitchen; his sister-in-law Nanette Carver (Danny); his mother-in-law Faye Perry; his niece Haylee Johnson (Dustin); his siblings, Mark Coontz (Tammy), Paul Coontz (Brenda), Tim Howard (Tami) and Sue Creekmore (Roy); and his friends, Dave, Nancy Carter, Gene and Kathy Taylor. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
