He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond V. Lampe and Dorothea Cook Lampe; and his brother Gerald Lampe. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Plum Lampe; his grandchildren, Ashley Gillitzer (Lampe), John Lampe (Jessica), Joshua Lampe, Elizabeth (Lampe) and Hodge (Travis); his great grandchildren, Mason Gillitzer, Jocelyn Lampe and Lyanna Hodge; his sister Sharon; and his nephews, Michael Ritterbeck and Delbert Lampe.
