She is survived by: her husband John Moore; her children, Jim (Terry) of Valley View, Ohio and Mary (John Stein) of Akron; her grandchildren, Tara Stein, Erin Stein, Andrew Brown, Patty, Marc Newman, Evey, Jim Bachtel, Diane Queer, April Ikey, Pat and Larry Porter; her great grandchildren, Ryan and Heather Harris; and her caregivers, Matt, Leah, Deacon Robin Adair and Anne Sweeney. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, extended family and friends.
