He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Farrow and Irene Farrow (Bower); his wife Sharon Irene Harman; his son David; and his siblings, Lynn, Bob, Jay, Louise Jones, Maxine Farrow, Leona Rutledge and Dorothy Fessler.

He is survived by: his children, Annette Baker (Ken) of Rowe, NM, Steven Farrow (Debbie) of Linwood, KS, Susan Petrak (Joseph) of Seville, OH and Kristina Van Arsdale (Michael) of Colorado Springs, CO.; his sister Helen Peterson; his grandchildren, Brandi Kiehl, Ian Baker, Grant Baker, Rebekah Farrow, Samuel Farrow, Michael Petrak, Jacqueline Petrak, Jordan Baer (Nate), Elise Larson (Luke) and Samantha Van Arsdale; and his great grandchildren, Leon and Emma Baer.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Fairlawn Lutheran Church.
