He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter and Genevieve; his siblings, Mary Ann Murphy and Thomas Dugan; and his aunt Catherine Reidy.
He is survived by: his children, Marie Dugan Pederson, Dona Dugan O'Donnell, Genevieve Mahoney (Keith), Mary Linscott (Michael), Nancy Parsley (Curt), Kathleen Dugan Frohnapfel, Donald Dugan (Julie) and Thomas Dugan (Andrea); and his grandchildren, Carissa, Laura, Katherine, Brandon, Lindsay, Tiffany, Erika, Brooke, Katelyn, Ryan and Michael. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
