He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold A. Conklin and Velma Doris Conklin; his siblings, Harold W., Robert Conklin, Elinor Davis, Joyce Berkebile and Jean Potase; his nieces, Barbie, Melissa and Bobbi Jean; and his close friends, Jim Swan and Pat Testa.
He is survived by: his brother Don; his wife Rita Conklin (Barbieri); his daughters, Kelley (Brian Doss) and Jennifer (Andrew Sunderland); his grandchildren, Colin, Isabella Doss and Olive Sunderland; and his siblings-in-law, Marie McClellan and Joe Barbieri (Rene).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Don's memory may be made to the Blessed Trinity Parish Food Bank.
