He was predeceased by: his parents, George Dexter and Lucy Nadine King; his nephews, Matthew Vanhorn, Chandler Vanhorn and David Hoffman; and his brothers-in-law, Jim Jameson, Craig and Mark Balnis.
He is survived by: his wife Tammy King; his children, Benjamin Pruitt, April Gurewitz (Scott) and Steven King (Gabby); his grandchildren, Brooklynne, Presley and Dexter; and his siblings, Charleen King, Georgianna Jameson, Kay King and Gary King (Kathy Shiepe). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
