She is survived by: her sons, Josh (Lauren), Jordan, Justin and Jason; her grandchildren, Cheryl, Tyler, Dustin, Callie, Mason, Lilly, Austin and Averi; her sister Debra Cain; and her cousin Sheila Phillips. She is also survived by several other cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
