He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Flowers and Mabel Flowers (Noland); his wife Rose; his son Del II; and his siblings, Shirley, Dallas and Patty.
He is survived by: his daughter Denise (William); and his granddaughters, Violette and Olivia.
