She is survived by: her husband Gary Kolla; her daughters, Tanya Herbert (Richard) and Tina Lischak; her grandchildren, Jared Herbert, Emily Herbert, Ayden Lischak and Lucas Lischak; her brothers, Michael Ochsenbein (MiHui) and Kim Ochsenbein (Debbie); and her sister-in-law Mary Ann Howe. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
