He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Templeton, Sr. (Kathy) and Martha Adams (Isaiah); his grandparents, Herman, Emma Templeton, Sr., Alex and Johnnie Isaiah; and his aunts and uncles, Herman Jr., George Templeton, James, Johnny, Alex Jr., Richard, Joe Isaiah, Naomi Porter, Alice Hood, Teletha, Hazel Templeton, Teresa Thomas, Parlee Watson and Norma Curry.
He is survived by: his grandchild Ja'Nyla; his nephew Kevin Spivey; his wife Barbie; his children, Marcus Conethan (Sariah), Kendra Cleveland (Michael), Darshan Conethan, Bonus and Ja'Nyla Chapman; his niece Alyssa Jackson; his grandchildren, Marcel, Marliyah, Marshawn, Makenzie, Makara and Michael Jr.; his siblings, Willie Templeton Jr. (Donna), Susie Brown (Robert), James Templeton, Sr., John Stone Sr. (Corinne), Nikol White, Michael Livingston, Tasha Templeton, Roberta Templeton, Aaron Burros, Matthew Burros, Anthony Brunson and Kaisha Mason; and his sister-in-law Angie Hunt.
