He is survived by: his wife Connie; his sons, Donald and Jeffrey Owen; his stepchildren, Keith Lucas and Aimee Lucas; and his siblings, Michael Owen, Barbara Crossan and Susan Kehoe. He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren; and many friends.
