He was predeceased by: his parents, George Merrow and Gladys Merrow; his wife Jean; his son David C. Merrow; and his brothers, Robert, Donald and Mark.
He is survived by: his daughter Pam Spencer (Wayne). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
