He is survived by: his wife Alicia Rennee Lewis; his children, David Trent Lewis (Melissa Fitch), James Lewis and Cierra Holt; his grandchildren, Davorae Lewis, Samari Sharpe, Davere Lewis, Ryan Lewis and Ravyn Lewis; his parents, Brett MacLean and Brenda MacLean; his siblings, Kalyn, Cory (Renee), Kyle (Tara), Chelsea, Michael, Shaun, Latrice, Chaz, Ceyanna, Karen, Katrina, Lisa, Denise, Jessie, Melissa, Traci, Mandy and Elliot; and his nieces and nephews, Ilora, Kennedy Ty (Kaylani), Cody, Matthew, Ava, Liam, Lucas, Aurora, Michael, Donavin, Jaxon, Jalen, Lyndsee, Jeff and CJ. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, niece's and nephews.
