He is survived by: his wife Lu Ann; his daughters, Julie Miller (Brandt), Laura Perkins (Matthew), Rebecca Watson (Rees) and Diane Everette (Cory); and his sisters, Debbie Chatwin (Scott), Cindy Dunnavant and Heidi Dansie (John). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.
