He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Holt Jr. and Joann Holt (Holly). He is survived by: his children, David Holt Jr. and Cira; the mother of his children Kimberly Carr of Akron; and his siblings, Stacy, Shawn Holt and Angelo Holt of Akron. He is also survived by aunts, cousins, friends.
