He is survived by: his wife Rene; his children, Rachael Dornack and David Jr. Dornack (Maria); his grandchildren, Lea Dornack and Andrew Dornack; his brother Kenneth Dornack (Janet); his siblings-in-law, Diann Herdman (Benny), JoAnn Callahan (Lynn), Carole Corriere (Nick), Gina Giffels (David) and Gus Hall (Kim); and his nephews, David Lowry and Stephen Dornack. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
