He was predeceased by: his mother Gertrude Keith; and his siblings, Gary (Jerry), Runell Cundiff, Sandell Heit, Janett Bennington, Margaret Swope and Sarah Cain.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Christine Hart; and his sisters, Marcie Barket (Sam) and Mary Bare (Jim). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
