He is survived by: his mother Nancy Lybarger (Carson); his wife Katelyn; his children, Aaliyah and Carter; his father Scotty P. Lybarger; his brothers, Bryan Hoover and Greg Hoover (Jessica); his grandmother Sandra Lybarger; and his siblings-in-law, Billy Van Horn (Mary) and Krysta "Steve" Van Horn. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
