He is survived by: his wife Miki Gabalac; his children, Lauren Blair (Yuri Chicovsky), Matthew Blair (Lea) and Kelsey Mooney (Theo); his grandson George Oliver "Ollie" Chicovsky; his children, Liza, Freya Blair, Molly, Henry and Abigale Mooney; his stepsons, Matthew Sloan (Larissa) and Beau Sloan (Carrie); his stepgrandchildren, Jerri, Quincy, Atticus and Peyton; his siblings, Peter Blair, Michelle Blair Jones, Barbi Blair Stoudt and Matthew Blair; and his stepmother Edith Blair (Witec).
