He was predeceased by: his parents, John Martz and Mary Martz (Dipierro); and his daughter Mary Fisher. He is survived by: his daughter Sarah Martz; his granddaughters, Crystal Fisher and Isabella Martz; and his siblings, Paul Mackey (Wendy), Shirley Spataro, Rose Kenepp (Mike), John Martz (Karla) and Rebecca Newlon (Jim). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (131 N Canton Rd, Akron, OH 44305, USA). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Victory Chapel (32 W Bellisle Dr, Akron, OH 44319).
