He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sylvia Eileen and Charles Billington; his brother Dallas Billington; his children, Chaz (Melissa), Kyle (Keri) and Josh; and his grandchildren, Quinn, Juliana, Violet, Emersyn and Charlie Billington. He was also cherished by his friends and family as the Chuckster and his grandchildren as Papa, Chuck was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend.
