It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil Virgil Thomas (Akron, Ohio), who passed away on February 4, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Thomas and Katie L. Thomas; his sisters, Joanne and Cheyenne; his former wife Barbara Stephanson Thomas; and his daughter-in-law Kay.
He is survived by: his siblings, Walter, Patricia, Danny and William "Butch" McCullough; his daughter Tracey Thomas; his wife Katherine Stokes; his children, Stephanie Stephanson Hopkins, Rosanne Betts, Rafael, Kenny, Keith (Bunny) and Frank; his great grandchildren, Tristen, Montana, K'Jae and Ty'Vayah Thomas; his great great grandchildren, Zuryah, Khloe and Malik; his son Daryll McMullen; and his caregiver Sandra Clepper. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends; his right hand man and best friend.
