She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hovanec and Margaret Hovanec; her former husband Frank Balchak; her daughter Barbara Porter; her son-in-law Dave Case; and her great grandchild Maddy Perella.
She is survived by: her husband Catering; her children, Kathy Case, Frank Balchak (Susan), Tom Balchak, Gerry Slipski (Ron) and Carrie Pearce; and her sister Ellie Jewett. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren.
