She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Billips and Mary Billips (Cartmill); her son Robert Scott Brabham "Bob Scott"; her husband Jerry; her siblings, Bobby Billips (Pauline) and Patsy Garber (James); and her nieces, Jill Garber and Jennifer Vanaman.
She is survived by: her nephews, Gary Billips (Shirley), Richard Vanaman (Jennifer), James (Christy), Jeffrey (Diane) and Jerry Garber; her great-nieces and great-nephews, David Billips (Christina), Gregory, James Vanaman (Melanie), Billy (Michelle), Jason (Myra), Joshua Garber, Mary Jill Powell (Donavon), Elizabeth Cooper (Christopher) and Victoria Kaloplastos (Matthew); her nieces, Baracaia, Lavender Garber, Paisley and Gabriella Williams; and also, Daylen, Camryn Billips, Kierstyn Williams (Nolan), Peighton Powell, Jago Garber, Abagail, Uriah Vanaman, Jameson Cooper, Sean Garber (Emmy), Jonathan, Caleb, Isaac, David, Christopher, John, Daniel, Stephen, Nathan, Beau Kaloplastos, Jasmine, Mia, Sarah Jennifer, Mary and Lucie.
