Carmen A. Varca Obituary
Carmen Antonio Varca, 18, of Akron, passed away Sunday, January 30th. Born in Akron, Ohio on August 29, 2003, a son of Jillian Varca and Anthony Cirullo. Proudly employed at Wendy's, Carmen enjoyed skate boarding, coin collecting and spending time with his family who he took upon himself to be the protector of. Besides his parents he is survived by step parents Pam Peshko, Shannon Pipes, both of Akron; 2 sisters Chastiady Warman, of Youngstown, Madison (Curtis) Pipes, of Champion; 5 brothers August Varca, Mason Pipes, Logan Pipes, Bain Pipes, Tommy Cirullo; grandparents Sally and Don Beal, Richard and Delores Varca, with whom he shared a special bond and their home; 3 aunts Angel Raber, Bonnie Cirullo, Nicole Alexioudis; 4 uncles Bill (Haidee) Taylor, Derek (Bethany) Varca, Gene (Dawn) Cirullo, Ronnie (Lynn) Cirullo; 6 cousins McKensy, Alexis, Aiden, Ricky, Vinnie, Alex and Carey as well as many other family members and beloved friends. Preceded in death by great-grandparents August and Josephine Varca, Lola Molen and "Candygran" Jennie Morris. "Sometimes what we imagine, and the world aren't different things. Sometimes they are the same exact thing. Do your best with what you have where you are. They say we die twice - once when the last breath leaves our body and once when the last person we know says our name. The best thing a person can be is of some use.". Carmen loved his family and friends deeply; he will not be forgotten. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM on Friday, February 4th in the Waltner-SIMCHAK Funeral Home, Canton with Pastor Ron Mayle officiating. Friends and family may call 2 hours prior to services also in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the funeral home to defray the cost of final expenses.
