He is survived by: his sister Nadine Goode (Euell Chitwood); his close friend Sheila Chitwood; his children, Carla Herbet, James Chitwood, Nadine DeSimone and Jason; his daughter-in-law Ashley Chitwood; his siblings-in-law, Steve and Lana Rossi; his grandchildren, Christopher Herbert (Elisabeth), Joseph Herbert, Nicholas Herbert, Sabrina Fate and Vincent DeSimone; and his great grandchildren, Logan Herbert, Cameron Herbert, Zachary Herbert and Cooper Lee Vanfossen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
