She was predeceased by: her father John McIntyre. She is survived by: her mother Nancy McIntyre (Shufelt); her husband Mike; her children, Rachel Williams (Nick) and Timothy Fowler (Maria); her grandsons, Landon Williams and Aaron Fowler; and her siblings, David McIntyre (Terry), Dale McIntyre (Carla) and Amy Buzinski (Ted). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
