He is survived by: his parent Vang Yang (Moua); his son Elliott; his parent Chong Yang; and his sisters, Sue Moua (Hank) and Mary Vue (Vic). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made towards the funeral at the time of service.
